Pimples, pimples and pimples
All of us experience having a pimples, they grow any where in our body. It's either in the face, on our back and sometimes in the outside of our ear and head. For me having a pimple is a terrible feeling ever. I am not confident in myself because of this reason. I want to find ways on how to cure and stop pimples. so there are several steps or procedure to follow . To avoid pimples we need to wash our face at least twice a day to remove the dirt in our face, that can cause pimples. After washing your face apply some moisturizer. the moisturizer help the skin to hydrate that prevent it from drying and gets irritated. Avoid touching your face or popping pimples.Hands come into contact with more dirt and bacteria throughout the day than any other part of the body, which is why you should avoid touching your face at all costs. In addition to spreading bacteria and risking infection, touching spots and pimples can cause them to become irritated and inflamed, thus worsening their appearance and prolonging healing time. Use exfoliating treatments and face masks once a week , it will remove dead skin cells while effectively cleansing the skin. Do not use many product on your skin it may cause clogging your pores and lead to breakouts. This are the simple ways to make your skin good looking and pretty.

Tips on how to have a teaching Demonstration
As a Education Students it is a big challenge for me when i have to do demo teaching. I'm scared to face the funnel of judges. Including the teachers and of course the Dean of College of Education. But still i have to surpassed this obstacles in my life. Because i choose this path of my life I should be ready for all the challenge that comes my way. Here are some tips in conducting a teaching demonstration. First is find out who your “students” will be and how many you should anticipate. it is important to identify who you are dealing with . The level of their thinking or knowledge that suits to the subject or topic given. Second, choose a lesson that you have successfully implemented before and revise it for the abbreviated time frame. Don’t try to cover too many objectives in your lesson – keep it focused. You must choose a subject that you already use in class demonstration . for you to be confident in delivering your lesson. Third, be mindful of the time given, finish your demo to the time frame given. You must finish on time, because it is one of the basis of the judges in critiquing your performance. fourth demonstrate your resourcefulness by researching the district and local community website. If possible, “localize the lesson” by incorporating a school mascot, tradition or community landmark. Fifth,Your lesson plan should be detailed; provide a cover sheet with the rationale for your lesson. And lastly Rehearse demonstration lesson with friends or other teachers time it and have them critique you. it would help you to evaluate yourself. The things that to be avoided and need to enhance.

Steps on How to apply Make-up
It is
important that we know the proper way of applying make-up. Here are some steps
on applying make-up.
Step 1: Start
with a clean slate.
Make sure your face is fresh
and moisturized before putting any product on it. Then, apply primer with your
fingers to ensure your make-up will long last.
Step 2: Apply
foundation all over the skin and blend it into the neck.
Step 3: Apply concealer below your eyes
in the shape of triangle.
This technique ensures natural-looking coverage, brightens up your face
and draws attention to your eyes.
Step 4: Apply highlighter along the top
of your cheekbones, on the Cupid’s bow,
chin and in between the brows. Then swipe a contour powder along the side of
your nose, along the forehead and hollows of your cheekbones.
Step 5: Apply blush to the apples of your
cheeks, extending up to the temples. Choose your own desired color that suites
to your skin type.
Step 6: Apply a light gold, shimmery
shadow to the lids and just below the lash line. Using a fluffy, blending
brush, dust a soft brown shade into the crease and blend outward. Fill in your
brows using a brow pencil or powder.
Step 7: Using
a lip brush, swipe on a natural, rosy pink lipstick and you’re good to go.

are some following guidelines that would help you to look good and great in
front of many people.

If you want to be good looking
you must consider the style or fashion that you want. Choosing the appropriate
clothes which is comfortable and make you look pretty. When you want to look
good you should have your own style. It is important to recognize your desired
look for you to become easier to determine your priorities. Also learned how to
properly apply make-up, According to Kira Carl, she said “Make up should never
be used to hide yourself. It should be used to enhance your natural beauty.”
You must learn how to apply make up properly.
- Health
Looking good is not only about physical
aspect of a person but also having a healthy lifestyle. One of this is drink
lots of water. Drinking lots of water makes your skin clear and glow. Be
hygienic. Take a bath every day, wear deodorant, apply light cologne, wear
sunblock, and apply lotion to keep your skin soft. Brush your teeth and floss
to avoid tooth decay. Do an exercise, make it as a routine. Such as jogging,
push up, lunges and etc. In this own little ways you can achieved the great
looks and healthy lifestyle. People who look healthy look good.
- Attitude
Be confident with yourself.
Do not slouch maintain your posture to project your confidence. Do not compare
yourself to other people such as celebrity, models and etc. We are born unique;
each one of us has something beautiful about them. The eyes, smile, hair and
especially personality. Be yourself and be proud of it.

"Stressful Day"
Wearing blue sweater with white pants and a white shoes. That is my outfit for today, don't totally like wearing white jeans because it easily get dirty as if i have a choice. All of my clothes has been use and is ready for laundering Today was a very tiring day, I am very stress in encoding all the scores of my students. As a assistant facilitator it is our Job to do so. such as checking the activity, being a facilitator in the class, and the most stressful part is submitting the grade to your lead facilitator. It is stressful for me because she doesn't give us a clear instruction of what we are going to do. I am having a hard time in scheduling my time, especially I am already a 4th year student. but i need to do the task assign to me . it is part of our work as a scholar of the school to be a assistant facilitator.
I realize that being a teacher is not that easy. Noisy students, talkative and etc. Even if they are sometimes wild like a monster but they are also a loving , courteous students. You need to be patient and be approachable to them. This would help to practice and be engage in a real life situation in a classroom setting. what is really happening, the behavior of the students and on how you are going to deal with this situation.
I am really thankful to everyone who keeps on reminding and motivating me to keep on going. being a student is not easy , so many requirements, exams, and many more. but i really motivate my self to be better and be develop as a students. keep dreaming until such time you will be successful.

Confidence
"Confidence"
How to be confident with your self? Some of the people has a low self-esteem, they are afraid of committing mistakes being judge by other person. This are some factor that a person has a low self esteem. Confidence is very important , it will develop our skills and capability in doing certain things. If we had a desire to reach or achieved that thing you need to have a courage and determination to reach and achieve your goal in life. like what our teacher said that "intelligent is useless if you don't have a confidence. In simply saying you won't be able to excel in certain things in your life if you don't have a gust and courage to engage and be challenge to accomplish that specific things. I have here some tips in dealing with confidence. Believe in yourself, have the courage to try things even if you don't know how. Try and try until you succeed in your goals. Get experience and learn from it, learn from your experiences. This experiences would help you build yourself to become a better person. See the positive result your getting, have a positive outlook. be a positive thinker always. this are some tips that would help you build your confidence.

Health tips for college students
Exams, paper works, requirements and many more that the student should comply. Feel they can't really find the time to keep up on their personal health and wellness until an illness catches hold and stops them in their tracks. Staying healthy is much important.
here are some tips to make a healthy living.
Most of the students forgot their self especially when they are very busy at school. As a student we should maintain a proper diet. Eat a right meal with appropriate food that is needed for our body. we should follow the Food Pyramid that tells about the go, grow, glow foods that our body need. next is exercise , we need to have exercise so that we can maintain our healthy body. such as running, stretching and also dancing. where in we would be able to sweated to eliminate the toxins in our body n the form of sweat. sleep, this is the problem of the students when the examination is coming because of the requirements and the lesson to be study. we should not forgot to take a rest and sleep to relax our mind and body. to avoid illness we should have a proper hygiene such as making our self clean . taking a bath every day, drink vitamins and many more. not only to your self but also to your surroundings you need to be conscious. stress this is not new to us, we encounter this everyday when we have reports and projects to be done in that specific day. we can cope with stress when we create a routine, have a schedule or time table of every activity you had in a day, be organize make your works ahead of time to avoid cramming .
"Health is Wealth" this is one way of keeping our self healthy and avoid from some illnesses .
