Health tips for college students



Exams, paper works, requirements and many more that the student should comply. Feel they can't really find the time to keep up on their personal health and wellness until an illness catches hold and stops them in their tracks. Staying healthy is much important.
here are some tips to make a healthy living.

Most of the students forgot their self especially when they are very busy at school. As a student we should maintain a proper diet. Eat a right meal with appropriate food that is needed for our body. we should follow the Food Pyramid that tells about the go, grow, glow foods that our body need. next is exercise , we need to have exercise so that we can maintain our healthy body. such as running, stretching and also dancing. where in we would be able to sweated to eliminate the toxins in our body n the form of sweat. sleep, this is the problem of the students when the examination is coming because of the requirements and the lesson to be study. we should not forgot to take a rest and sleep to relax our mind and body. to avoid illness we should have a proper hygiene such as making our self clean . taking a bath every day, drink vitamins and many more. not only to your self but also to your surroundings you need to be conscious. stress this is not new to us, we encounter this everyday when we have reports and projects to be done in that specific day. we can cope with stress when we create a routine, have a schedule or time table of every activity you had in a day, be organize make your works ahead of time to avoid cramming . 


             "Health is Wealth" this is one way of keeping our self healthy and avoid from some illnesses .
