"Stressful Day"

   Wearing blue sweater with white pants and a white shoes. That is my outfit for today, don't totally like wearing white jeans because it easily get dirty as if i have a choice. All of my clothes has been use and is ready for laundering  Today was a very tiring day, I am very stress in encoding all the scores of my students. As a assistant facilitator it is our Job to do so. such as checking the activity, being a facilitator in the class, and the most stressful part is submitting the grade to your lead facilitator. It is stressful for me because she doesn't give us a clear instruction of what we are going to do. I am having a hard time in scheduling my time, especially I am already a 4th year student. but i need to do the task assign to me . it is part of our work as a scholar of the school to be a assistant facilitator. 

I realize that being a teacher is not that easy. Noisy students, talkative and etc. Even if they are sometimes wild like a monster but they are also a loving , courteous students. You need to be patient and be approachable to them. This would help to practice and be engage in a real life situation in a classroom setting. what is really happening, the behavior of the students and on how you are going to deal with this situation.

I am really thankful to everyone who keeps on reminding and motivating me to keep on going. being a student is not easy , so many requirements, exams, and many more. but i really motivate my self to be better and be develop as a students. keep dreaming until such time you will be successful.

Confidence


"Confidence"


        How to be confident with your self?  Some of the people has a low self-esteem, they are afraid of committing mistakes being judge by other person. This are some factor that a person has a low self esteem. Confidence is very important , it will develop our skills and capability in doing certain things. If we had a desire to reach or achieved that thing you need to have a courage and determination to reach and achieve your goal in life. like what our teacher said that "intelligent is useless if you don't have a confidence. In simply saying you won't be able to excel in certain things in your life if you don't have a gust and courage to engage and be challenge to accomplish that specific things. I have here some tips in dealing with confidence. Believe in yourself, have the courage to try things even if you don't know how. Try and try until you succeed in your goals. Get experience and learn from it, learn from your experiences. This experiences would help you build yourself to become a better person. See the positive result your getting, have a positive outlook. be a positive thinker always. this are some tips that would help you build your confidence.

Health tips for college students



Exams, paper works, requirements and many more that the student should comply. Feel they can't really find the time to keep up on their personal health and wellness until an illness catches hold and stops them in their tracks. Staying healthy is much important.
here are some tips to make a healthy living.

Most of the students forgot their self especially when they are very busy at school. As a student we should maintain a proper diet. Eat a right meal with appropriate food that is needed for our body. we should follow the Food Pyramid that tells about the go, grow, glow foods that our body need. next is exercise , we need to have exercise so that we can maintain our healthy body. such as running, stretching and also dancing. where in we would be able to sweated to eliminate the toxins in our body n the form of sweat. sleep, this is the problem of the students when the examination is coming because of the requirements and the lesson to be study. we should not forgot to take a rest and sleep to relax our mind and body. to avoid illness we should have a proper hygiene such as making our self clean . taking a bath every day, drink vitamins and many more. not only to your self but also to your surroundings you need to be conscious. stress this is not new to us, we encounter this everyday when we have reports and projects to be done in that specific day. we can cope with stress when we create a routine, have a schedule or time table of every activity you had in a day, be organize make your works ahead of time to avoid cramming . 


             "Health is Wealth" this is one way of keeping our self healthy and avoid from some illnesses .
